How it works
1. Collect
Import content from pretty much anywhere. Use our bookmarklet to scrape pages from your website, or export HTML from InDesign, Quark or elsewhere.
Either way, we’ll convert it and clean it up so it’s ready to use.
2. Organize
Organize your content into as many publications as you like. They can be standalone ebooks or editioned publications like magazines and partworks.
Use our drag-and-drop table of contents to arrange your pages into reading order.

3. Layout
We’ll automatically compose a page layout that works for different screen sizes and orientations. But then you can manually tweak the result to get it looking just as beautiful as you want it.
We supply a bunch of different layouts: articles, lists, picture galleries, cover pages, tables of contents, and so on. Or you can design and develop your own.

4. Edit
Of course, exported and scraped content is often rather messy. You can use our content view to correct mistakes and reassign semantic tags, so that your content can more easily be used across different devices.
Plus we’ll add smart quotes and ellipses, and fix up other typographical problems.
5. Enhance
You can further enhance your publication by adding video or other interactive widgets.

6. Publish
Padify gives you a range of export options including HTML5 (with manifest), EPUB and Mobi (for Kindle). You can download files for dropping into your app, or configure Padify to push directly to an API.
It’s fine to publish in more than one format: flowed content for Kindle and smartphones, but fixed layout for other devices.
